These terms govern your use of WritiMate. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Plain-language summary: You can use WritiMate to automate your SEO content production. You own the content you create. We own the platform. Don't abuse it, don't resell it, and don't use it to do anything illegal. If something goes wrong, our liability is capped at what you paid us in the past 12 months.

We prefer to resolve disputes informally. Before commencing any formal legal proceedings, please contact us at [email protected] with a description of the dispute and the resolution you are seeking. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue within 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland, except where mandatory law provides otherwise for consumers in their country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and may cancel your subscription before the effective date for a prorated refund of prepaid fees.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable Subscription Plan order form, constitute the entire agreement between you and WritiMate regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be construed as a waiver of those rights.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to you.
